MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

Transportes Lujan SLwas founded in January 1989 by D. Francisco Luján Díaz and since then it has been present in the market offering island and inter-island transport solutions for all types of merchandise, materials and equipment, focusing above all on covering the needs of construction and infrastructures. Likewise, it offers various crane services, whether loading and unloading, movement or placement of elements oriented to the construction sector. In all of them, the commitment to seriousness and good work has always prevailed, as well as to offer the highest level of quality, continuous improvement of its services and management system, as well as to achieve the highest degree of satisfaction for its customers and workers.

 

Providing a quality service is an objective shared by the entire organization and is under our direct responsibility. TRANSPORTES LUJAN, SL customers, by choosing us, can be sure of finding a reliable response from the first contact until the total completion of the service.

 

The objective of the management policy of our company is to consolidate this reality, always improving the service and firm commitment to fulfill all the requirements of our clients, normative, legislative, safety and health at work and any other that we could acquire in our exercise.

 

From the moment that TRANSPORTES LUJAN SL, acquires a commitment with its client, a series of processes are set in motion that ensure the fulfillment of that commitment as well as the correct execution of the transport or any other service offered. In addition, all the material purchased by TRANSPORTES LUJAN SL is made from approved suppliers. Within our activity and taking into account the safety and integrity of our workers at all times, Transportes Luján acquires a commitment to prevent damage and deterioration of their health, as well as with the effort to continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety management and its performance.

 

Our management is based on the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

In accordance with them, we are committed to continually evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the implemented quality management system.
